Concert Programs
Most of our program customers are giving a recital or concert. Whether for the local high school or an independant recital, we can create the correct look for you.
University Programs
Because of our proximity to Bowling Green, Ohio, we have the official College of Musical Arts recital program templates for Bowling Green State University. Worried about meeting all the requirements? Not sure on the exact text for each degree program? Or maybe you’d just rather let someone else handle the details of typesetting the information? All you need to do is provide your recital information (date, time, location) and information for each work (title, composer, dates) and we’ll do the rest.
If you’re from another university, don’t worry. We will contact the appropriate department, school, or college of music and get the official templates and formats. It’s possible we may already have one on file. Do not hesitate to contact us about creating a wonderful program for your next recital.
Public School Programs
Are you a local band, orchestra, or choir director? A general music teacher? Are you tired of spending hours away from the band creating programs that don’t quite feel as clean and professional as you’d like? Or maybe you’re happy with the overall design, but want to use better quality products? We are happy to work within any budget and style to get exactly what you want and need for your programs.

Process
To get started with a program order, contact us. Here are a few guidelines to how the process works.
- You begin the process by contacting us.
- We reach an initial agreement about the number of copies, black and white or color, paper type, and other details.
- You send your program information to us.
- Within 24 hours, we’ll have a proof copy ready for your perusal.
- Once you’ve felt you’ve had enough time to proof your program, you send the proof with any corrections back to us, signed. (Some universities require a professor’s signature as well, please allow extra time in such cases.)
- When we receive your signed proof, we make any necessary changes to the program and begin the print run.
- Typically within 24-48 hours, your programs will be ready.
- We will come to you with our delivery! We are happy to meet you at a school or at your home or office.
- Payment is required on delivery.
That’s all there is to it! From initial contact to programs in-hand, the entire process can take as little as two days!
Pricing
As every recital is a unique event, and people often want unique experiences, we cannot give exact prices for every type of program available. For a free quote, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide one. We can provide some general estimates here, however.
For a typical run of recital programs for Bowling Green State University, we charge a fee of $25. This program run contains 80 copies of the recital program, typically half-sheet card stock, or heavy-offset text. Typical text or card stock is a parchment or solid-color paper. Additional copies are usually $0.15 each. Rush orders (those orders placed within one week of the event) are charged an additional fee.
For a typical run of recital programs with extensive notes, we charge a base fee of $40. This run contains 80 copies with 7 printable pages plus the cover. Each program becomes a small booklet. Additional copies are between $0.50 and $0.75.
Remember: All recital programs for universities or schools will conform to the appropriate department, school, or college standard.
